Super Protein-Packed Bars

These healthy protein packed bars are great when your on the run and no time to get in a healthy quick meal. Packed with goodness and complete to help boost energy levels, replenish your muscles and stimulate muscle growth.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Protein Powder (Chocolate)
1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds

1 Package No Fat Chocolate Pudding
3/4 Cup Soy Milk ( or Skim Milk)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until it is a smooth cookie dough texture. Spread over parchment paper about 3/4" thick and freeze for 2 hours.

Cut into 10 bars and serve. You can wrap them individually and place them in the fridge or freezer to grab on the go!
