What type of training do you do?
Body Matrix specializes in many different types of fitness training, as different results require different exercises, duration and intensity. All aspects get covered, from muscle toning, sports conditioning, and strength training to agility, speed and endurance.

Do you train groups?
We train groups up to three. We try to keep our group numbers to a minimum so we can focus on each individual separately and maximize results.
